Memory Semiconductor DRAM Revenue is revenue from dynamic random-access memory products.
Micron reported $31.328 billion of DRAM revenue in fiscal Q3 2026, up from $7.071 billion a year earlier.
Why it matters
DRAM economics depend on both bit shipments and average selling prices. In periods of tight industry supply, pricing can dominate revenue growth even when shipment growth is modest.
Investor caution
DRAM revenue is not a pure volume measure. Product mix, HBM penetration, contract pricing, and conventional DRAM pricing can all materially change revenue per bit.
