Grizzly Bulls Data License

Version 1.0 — effective September 12, 2026

Grizzly Bulls publishes selected public datasets and aggregate data downloads so journalists, researchers, analysts, educators, developers, search engines, and AI systems can discover, verify, analyze, discuss, and cite our work. This Data License explains the reuse terms for a dataset or download that identifies this page as its license.

This license supplements the Grizzly Bulls Terms of Service. If a specific dataset states different terms, those specific terms control for that dataset.

What this license covers

This license applies only to rights Grizzly Bulls owns or is authorized to license in the covered dataset, including applicable rights in our original selection, compilation, curation, calculations, annotations, derived estimates, and presentation.

It does not grant rights in underlying third-party material. Public filings, provider data, trademarks, images, quotations, and other third-party material remain subject to applicable law and the terms or rights of their original sources. Facts themselves may also be used to the extent permitted by law.

Uses we encourage

You may, without asking us first:

Attribution

For reuse beyond a passing factual reference, identify Grizzly Bulls as the source and preserve the applicable data snapshot date and material limitations when they affect interpretation.

For online uses, we ask that you link to the canonical Grizzly Bulls study or dataset page when reasonably practical so readers can inspect the methodology, limitations, source context, and latest version. A search-ranking or “dofollow” link is not a condition of this license.

A useful attribution format is:

Source: Grizzly Bulls — [study or dataset title], data snapshot [date].

Do not imply that Grizzly Bulls endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with your work unless we have agreed to that separately.

Uses that require separate permission

Unless applicable law independently permits the use, this license does not authorize you to:

If you want bulk redistribution, a commercial feed, an API integration, model-training rights, or another use outside these terms, contact Grizzly Bulls research. We are open to commercial data licensing where the underlying source rights and economics support it.

Search and AI citation

Grizzly Bulls wants public research to be discoverable and citeable. Search engines and AI assistants may index public pages and use reasonable excerpts or retrieved data to summarize and answer questions under the permitted uses above. When a system can provide source links or citations, we encourage it to identify Grizzly Bulls and link to the canonical research or dataset page so users can verify the evidence and methodology.

This permission for discovery, retrieval, summarization, and citation is not a grant of unrestricted bulk dataset redistribution or model-training rights.

Corrections, versions, and derived work

Covered datasets may change as research is corrected, expanded, or updated. Preserve the dataset version or snapshot date when practical, and do not present an older observation as current if the source clearly identifies it as historical.

If you modify, combine, or derive results from Grizzly Bulls data, make clear that the resulting analysis is yours and identify any material transformations that could affect interpretation.

No warranty

Covered data is provided for informational and research purposes on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Financial data can contain source errors, estimation uncertainty, reporting delays, and later corrections. Nothing in a covered dataset is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grizzly Bulls is not liable for losses arising from use of or reliance on covered data.

License changes

We may publish a revised version of this license for future or subsequently updated datasets. A covered dataset is governed by the license version identified by or applicable to that dataset when the licensed copy was obtained, unless the dataset expressly states otherwise.

Questions about reuse, licensing, corrections, or press requests can be sent through the Grizzly Bulls research contact.
