Base case is our central scenario. Bear and bull cases show how uncertainty around private holdings, retained proceeds, taxes and liabilities can move the estimate.
Rankings use the current base-case estimate and show the wider bear-to-bull range on the full list.
Switch scenarios to see how the total and each component move together. The bars show each positive component's share of the estimated assets in that scenario, not audited holdings.
Holger Rune beat Novak Djokovic to win the 2022 Paris Masters, a major breakthrough for a young Danish player. The title demonstrates genuine high-level earning opportunities, but neither the trophy nor his ranking proves how much money he retained after taxes and career expenses.
ATP's October 2025 report assigned Rune $529,998 of profit sharing based on his 2024 Masters performances. It separately listed $1,294,412 of on-site Masters prizes and $634,568 of fixed bonuses. These are different historical gross-pay channels, not three types of investments or a complete career income calculation.
The distribution comes from an ATP arrangement that shares a portion of Masters event profits with eligible players. Receiving it does not confer equity in the tournaments. Moreover, a payout finalized in 2025 for 2024 matches is not evidence of a particular 2024 personal cash balance. Sponsorship contracts and Grand Slam prizes remain outside that table.
Our $17M central personal-capital estimate, bounded by $6M and $44M cases, models possible retained earnings, investment outcomes and costs without assuming the reported distributions are still held. An actual asset schedule, liabilities and net sponsorship receipts would materially improve the case.

Sources[3]ATP's 3 October 2025 distribution lists $529,998 of profit sharing allocated to Holger Rune for 2024 Masters 1000 results. Separately, the same report lists $1,294,412 of on-site Masters prizes and $634,568 of fixed bonuses. The profit share is distinct additional gross compensation, not equity in any tennis event or an independently verified current personal asset. Rune won the 2022 Paris Masters by defeating Novak Djokovic and continued to compete at ATP events after that breakthrough. None of the sources establishes current net sponsorship payments, personal asset ownership, professional expenses, taxes or liabilities. The independent $17M central retained-capital scenario, bounded by $6M and $44M, is not calculated by summing gross ATP earnings as current wealth.
