Kevin Hart Net Worth Estimate
What we can support today
How to read this estimate
The headline number is a scenario result. The evidence below shows which parts are directly observed, which parts are modeled, and which historical cash flows are deliberately kept out of the current balance sheet.
Observed
Dated ownership, market values and transaction facts anchor what can be measured directly. An observed component may still cover only part of the total balance sheet.
Modeled
Bear, base and bull components are current-value scenarios built from person-specific evidence. They are not presented as directly observed holdings.
Not double-counted
Career earnings, salaries and sale proceeds explain how wealth formed. We do not add them again as current assets unless retained capital is separately modeled.
Observed assets and financial anchors
A reported salary, company sale or brand valuation is not automatically current personal wealth. We show the pieces that can be tied to retained evidence and keep historical flows separate.
Forbes estimated Kevin Hart earned $81 million after agent and lawyer fees from $108 million gross in 2024.
Sources[3]Forbes placed Hart at $87.5 million of pretax earnings in its 2016 Celebrity 100 scoring period.
Sources[1]Abry Partners disclosed a $100 million investment for a minority stake in the combined Hartbeat business in 2022; exact ownership percentages were not disclosed.

These are the modeled current components that add up to our bear, base and bull cases. A wide range is a feature here: it shows how much private-market and retained-capital uncertainty can move the answer.

Modeled retained entertainment capital
Forbes measured $81 million after agent and lawyer fees from a $108 million gross entertainment year in 2024, and Hart has had other major earning periods including $87.5 million in the 2016 Celebrity 100 window. CP1 uses those flows to constrain a retained-capital range but does not sum historical earnings or assume they survived taxes and spending.
Sources[3][1]Modeled Hartbeat and other private business equity
Abry Partners invested $100 million for a minority stake when Hartbeat was formed in 2022, establishing meaningful enterprise value without disclosing the exact percentage or Hart’s fully diluted ownership. Peacock also remained a shareholder. The scenario therefore uses the financing only as a valuation boundary and does not convert the $100 million investment into Hart’s personal proceeds.
Sources[2]How we calculate net worth
The estimate separates accumulated entertainment capital from private-company equity. Recent Forbes earnings and an older high-income year constrain the first component. The Abry financing constrains the second, but only as company-level evidence because a $100 million minority investment is not the same thing as Hart receiving $100 million or owning the rest of the company outright. That disclosure gap keeps confidence low.
Career and earnings
Hart combines unusually high entertainment throughput with a private media company. Forbes measured $81 million after agent and lawyer fees in 2024 from films, television, podcasts, stand-up and other work. Hartbeat adds a second wealth engine: Abry Partners invested $100 million for a minority stake in the combined business in 2022, but the deal did not disclose enough ownership detail to turn that financing into a precise personal-equity mark.
Lifestyle, property and private holdings
Hart’s public earnings record is much better than the disclosure around taxes, investments, real estate and personal liabilities. CP1 therefore avoids translating a busy release schedule into a precise savings rate. The bear case assumes substantially less earnings retention and private-company value, while the bull case allows for stronger retention and a more valuable Hartbeat stake.
Key uncertainties inside the range
- What fully diluted percentage of Hartbeat does Hart own after Abry and Peacock investments?
- How much of Hart’s large historical entertainment earnings remains in current investments after taxes, spending and transfers?
- What other private-company interests, real estate and liabilities are material to the current balance sheet?
