Sixx has both personal and band-level transaction evidence
Hipgnosis’s 2020 acquisition is specifically tied to Sixx’s writer’s-share PRO and SoundExchange income. The later BMG deal covers the band’s recorded catalog, so the two transactions represent different rights and cannot simply be added as if they were identical assets.
The $150 million band headline needs an allocation bridge
