Commercial Solutions segment profit is IQVIA's reportable-segment profit for its commercial intelligence, technology, and engagement business.

IQVIA reported $419M of Commercial Solutions segment profit in Q2 2026, up 10.6% from $379M a year earlier.

Segment profit is not consolidated operating income

IQVIA separately reports corporate and unallocated costs, depreciation and amortization, restructuring costs, interest, and other items outside segment profit. That makes segment profit useful for comparing the economics of Commercial Solutions revenue, but not a substitute for GAAP operating income or net income.

For scale analysis, pair the dollar profit with the Commercial Solutions segment profit margin.
