Commercial Solutions revenue is IQVIA's revenue from information, analytics, technology, provider services, contract sales, and patient-engagement offerings rather than outsourced clinical research.

IQVIA reported $1.793B of Commercial Solutions revenue in Q2 2026, up 8.6% from $1.651B a year earlier. Constant-currency growth was 8.4%.

Keep the segment boundary intact

Commercial Solutions and R&D Solutions revenue serve different parts of the life-sciences spending stack. A mix shift between them can change consolidated growth and margin even when total revenue looks stable.

Revenue also is not segment profit. Compare it with Commercial Solutions segment profit and its derived segment margin before inferring operating leverage.

Primary sources: IQVIA Q2 2026 Form 10-Q and Q2 2026 earnings release filed with the SEC.
