Evernorth Pharmacy Benefit Services adjusted revenues measure the issuer-defined revenue base of Cigna's Pharmacy Benefit Services operating segment.

Q2 2026 adjusted revenues were $34.496B, up 8% from $31.954B a year earlier. Cigna said drug mix was the primary driver of that growth.

The segment's pharmacy claim volume fell 2% in the quarter, yet revenue increased. That is why claims composition must be analyzed separately from utilization: the types of prescriptions, channels, and drug costs in the claim base can change revenue without requiring more claims.

Adjusted revenues are non-GAAP and use Cigna's own exclusions. The metric is useful for studying the operating segment, not for treating PBM revenue definitions as standardized across competitors.
