Evernorth Specialty and Care Services adjusted revenues measure Cigna's issuer-defined revenue base for its Specialty and Care Services operating segment.

Q2 2026 adjusted revenues were $26.972B, up 4% from $25.871B a year earlier. Cigna said strong specialty volume growth supported the increase.

Specialty volume is only one part of the economics

Specialty and Care Services includes specialty drugs for complex and rare diseases, specialty distribution, medical supplies, and care programs. The revenue line therefore spans more than a simple prescription count.

Cigna estimated that higher claim volume from customer growth in Specialty and Care Services added about 1 percentage point to Evernorth adjusted-revenue growth. Read that with Specialty and Care Services adjusted income, which rose 22%, to separate top-line volume from profit conversion.
