Parcel delivery International Package operating margin is UPS's GAAP operating profit for the International Package segment divided by that segment's revenue.

UPS reported a 12.4% International Package operating margin in Q2 2026, down from 15.0% a year earlier. Revenue rose to $5.044B while operating profit fell to $623M.

Keep GAAP and adjusted margins separate

UPS also reported a non-GAAP adjusted International Package operating margin of 12.4% for Q2 2026 versus 15.2% in Q2 2025. The adjusted measure excludes company-defined comparability items and should not replace the GAAP margin when comparing reported segment economics.

Use the margin with International Package operating profit and international revenue per piece. Higher pricing or surcharges can lift revenue while network, fuel, charter, labor, and purchased-transportation costs still pressure conversion.
