Payment network net revenue is the revenue remaining after the network's reported revenue categories are reduced by client incentives and other contra-revenue items under its accounting presentation.

Visa reported $11.633B of net revenue in Q3 2026, up 14% from $10.172B a year earlier.

Reconcile the revenue engine

For Q3 2026, Visa reported $4.922B of service revenue, $6.042B of data processing revenue, $3.853B of international transaction revenue, and $1.496B of other revenue, less $4.680B of client incentives. Those reported components reconcile to $11.633B of net revenue.

That bridge is more informative than treating payment volume growth as a direct revenue growth rate. Pricing, cross-border mix, value-added services, foreign exchange, and incentives can all change how network activity converts into net revenue.
