Payments network international transaction revenue is revenue tied to cross-border payment activity and related international transaction economics.

Visa reported $3.853B of international transaction revenue in fiscal Q3 2026, up 6% from $3.633B a year earlier.

Cross-border volume does not translate one-for-one into revenue

Visa said Q3 international transaction revenue benefited from 14% nominal cross-border volume growth excluding transactions within Europe, but was partly offset by lower currency volatility and business mix. The revenue line therefore reflects more than travel or ecommerce volume alone.

Read it with cross-border volume excluding intra-Europe and total cross-border volume to keep activity, geography, and monetization distinct.
