Warehouse Club Net Sales Growth measures the year-over-year change in merchandise and ancillary sales.
Costco's Q3 FY2026 net sales increased 12%, from $61.965 billion to $69.154 billion.
The growth bridge
Costco attributed most of the increase to comparable sales, with the balance coming from sales at 23 net new warehouses opened since the end of Q3 FY2025.
Gasoline prices and foreign exchange also affected reported growth.
Investor caution
Net sales growth is broader than comparable sales growth because it includes new-unit contribution. Use both measures together to separate existing-store momentum from footprint expansion.
