Base case is our central scenario. Bear and bull cases show how uncertainty around private holdings, retained proceeds, taxes and liabilities can move the estimate.
Rankings use the current base-case estimate and show the wider bear-to-bull range on the full list.
Switch scenarios to see how the total and each component move together. The bars show each positive component's share of the estimated assets in that scenario, not audited holdings.
Hülkenberg first raced in Formula 1 in 2010 and has earned money with multiple teams through several different competitive eras. The long span creates more opportunity to accumulate savings than a recent debut, but not a reliable total. RacingNews365 estimated $7M in base annual pay for his 2025 Sauber contract before that season began. That quoted figure does not include bonuses, commercial contracts, tax or actual cash receipts.
A driver can remain highly employable for years without collecting championship payouts. Hülkenberg's career has included both long-term seats and periods outside the full-time grid. It is possible that earlier earnings were invested, consumed or offset by costs, and no reviewed public filing identifies a complete personal securities portfolio.
The official 2025 Formula 1 results show Hülkenberg finishing third at Silverstone in July, his first F1 podium. That milestone is a useful marker of his racing career, not a transferable asset. No reviewed source quantifies a personal podium bonus, and a season-specific payment should never be inferred from the result alone.
The $37M central scenario represents a tentative estimate of accumulated personal capital from many years of racing. A $17M bear and $82M bull range reflects unknown earnings histories, wealth transfers, private investments and liabilities. An independently verified ownership record would be more useful than projecting the same $7M salary indefinitely.

RacingNews365's preseason 2025 paddock-source survey estimated Nico Hülkenberg's annual Kick Sauber base salary at approximately $7M. Bonuses, sponsors and realized receipts are not established.
Sources[1]Official Formula 1 career material documents Williams debut in 2010, subsequent Force India, Renault and Haas drives, and a 2025 Sauber return.
Sources[2]Official Formula 1 2025 results show Hülkenberg finished third at the British Grand Prix on 6 July while driving for Kick Sauber.
Sources[3]RacingNews365 estimated $7M in annual 2025 base pay before the season. Bonuses, tax, commercial revenue, investment holdings and net liabilities remain unverified; no future pay is counted as current assets.

RacingNews365's February 2025 survey placed Nico Hülkenberg's estimated Kick Sauber base salary at $7M; it excluded performance bonuses, sponsors and taxes and was published before the season. Since his 2010 F1 debut, multiple years of possible racing compensation exist, but no verified current personal assets, investments, liabilities or cash receipts are supplied. The $37M central case and $17M to $82M range are independent assumptions about personally retained capital, not a sum of gross contract values or future income.

First estimate reflects a long multi-team racing career and a reported salary estimate without treating his first podium as an investment holding.
This is the first retained snapshot, so there is no earlier comparable Grizzly Bulls estimate to show yet.
RacingNews365 published a preseason estimate of base annual Kick Sauber salary from paddock sources. The estimate excluded bonuses, personal sponsorship income and taxes, and is not proof of final 2025 receipts.
