Industrial distribution eBusiness and FMI sales overlap is the portion of Fastenal sales included in both its eBusiness and FMI measures.

The overlap was $299.9M in Q2 2026, up 8.7% from $275.7M a year earlier, and represented 12.4% of sales versus 13.1% in Q2 2025.

Overlap is a subtraction, not another channel

A transaction can be ordered through an integrated eBusiness workflow while also being fulfilled through FMI technology. Adding eBusiness sales and FMI sales without adjustment would count those transactions twice.

Fastenal therefore subtracts this overlap when calculating Digital Footprint sales. Investors should treat it as a reconciliation item that explains channel intersection, not an independent revenue stream.
