Parcel delivery international average daily package volume measures the average number of packages UPS moves each operating day in its International Package segment.
UPS reported 3.004M packages per day in Q2 2026, down 5.8% from 3.188M a year earlier. Domestic international volume was 1.394M per day and export volume was 1.610M per day.
Domestic and export volume can move differently
International Package combines shipments moving within countries outside the U.S. with cross-border export shipments. UPS said Q2 domestic volume fell 7.5% while export volume fell 4.2%, so the total can hide different regional and trade-lane trends.
Read volume with international average revenue per piece and International Package operating margin. Lower pieces do not automatically mean lower revenue when fuel surcharges, product mix, geography, and pricing change at the same time.
