Renewable Diesel Production Capacity measures the stated annual output capability of Diamond Green Diesel's renewable-fuels facilities.

Valero reported approximately 1.2 billion gallons per year of renewable diesel production capacity at year-end 2025.

Annualized sales volume was about 84% of stated renewable diesel capacity

Average Renewable Diesel sales volume was 2.748 million gallons per day.

Multiplying by 365 days gives about 1.003 billion gallons, roughly 83.6% of the 1.2 billion gallon capacity figure.

That is only a scale check because sales volume is not the same as production and product mix includes renewable naphtha and sustainable aviation fuel.

Product flexibility complicates simple utilization math

The Port Arthur facility can upgrade part of its renewable diesel capacity to neat sustainable aviation fuel.

Maintenance, feedstock constraints, inventory, and product-switching decisions can all separate capacity from renewable-diesel sales.

Use Renewable Diesel Sales Volume for the period activity measure.

Capacity belongs to the joint venture operating footprint

The physical capacity measure does not mean all plant economics accrue to Valero at 100% ownership.

Asset scale and economic ownership are different analytical questions.
