Billionaire Public-Equity Positions Dataset

13 Reviewed SEC Ownership Relationships Across 12 Billionaire Profiles and 12 Companies

Key findings

The useful comparison is ownership structure, not raw share count

These 13 reviewed SEC relationships show why billionaire ownership data needs legal-security, ownership-form, filing-scope, and date context before the numbers can be compared. The dataset keeps those distinctions visible instead of flattening every filing into a leaderboard.

13reviewed person-company relationships
12 billionaire profiles across 12 companies.
4distinct evidence scopes
Complete reports, partial later filings, reviewed snapshots, and one continuity case are kept separate.
3relationships with explicit exclusions
Disclaimed, non-pecuniary, or uncertain units stay visible rather than being silently added to economic ownership.
Data snapshot September 6, 2026. This release does not attach current prices or estimate complete billionaire portfolios.

How strong is each filing view?

The dataset does not pretend every SEC filing answers the same question. Five relationships are reviewed filing snapshots, three come from complete initial beneficial-ownership reports, four are partial later filings, and one uses a separate Schedule 13 continuity review.

Evidence scope across the 13 relationships

Longer bars mean more relationships in that evidence category, not stronger ownership or greater economic value.
Reviewed filing snapshot5 relationships
A reviewed SEC filing supports the displayed positions, but this label does not claim the filing lists every security the person may own.
Complete initial ownership report3 relationships
The source is an initial beneficial-ownership filing that covers the reported security position at that observation date.
Partial later filing4 relationships
The source is a later transaction filing. It can establish the displayed post-transaction position without proving that the filing shows every position in the company.
Schedule 13 continuity case1 relationship
An older Schedule 13 position remains useful under a later material-change filing-history review. The original units were not re-observed on the later review date.

The reviewed relationships

Read the security-unit column within a company and legal security class, not as a cross-company leaderboard. Different classes can carry different rights and different market-unit relationships, so the table keeps them separate instead of adding them into one share total.

Why the evidence-scope column matters

Reviewed filing snapshot

A reviewed SEC filing supports the displayed positions, but this label does not claim the filing lists every security the person may own.

Complete initial ownership report

The source is an initial beneficial-ownership filing that covers the reported security position at that observation date.

Partial later filing

The source is a later transaction filing. It can establish the displayed post-transaction position without proving that the filing shows every position in the company.

Schedule 13 continuity case

An older Schedule 13 position remains useful under a later material-change filing-history review. The original units were not re-observed on the later review date.

What you can and cannot infer

Supported by this dataset
  • The displayed SEC relationship and reported security units were reviewed under one standardized security-position methodology.
  • Direct, indirect, and aggregate beneficial ownership remain distinct where the source record distinguishes them.
  • Positions excluded from the economic holding calculation remain visible with the reviewed reason for exclusion.
  • Separate ownership or voting percentages are shown only when a reviewed source record supports them.
Not supported by this dataset
  • That these 13 relationships are every public-equity holding owned by the 12 people.
  • That a partial later filing is a complete inventory of the person's ownership in that company.
  • That raw share counts can be compared across different securities to rank economic ownership.
  • Any current market value, current net worth, or claim that an older reported position was re-observed on September 6.

Methodology

This edition freezes the reviewed SEC security-position relationships selected from Grizzly Bulls' September 6, 2026 data snapshot. Later wealth-data updates do not silently rewrite version 1.0; adding or changing a row requires a new reviewed research release.

  1. Resolve the person, company, legal security, and reported ownership record before publication.
  2. Keep each legal security class separate and preserve its ticker or exchange mapping only when that mapping has already been reviewed.
  3. Separate included economic positions from reported units that are disclaimed, non-pecuniary, or otherwise uncertain.
  4. Preserve the filing's observation scope so a partial Form 4 does not masquerade as a complete ownership snapshot.
  5. For the Schedule 13 continuity case, keep the original reported position date distinct from the later filing-history review horizon.
  6. Do not attach current prices in this edition. A market-value comparison would require a separate dated price methodology.

The JSON preserves relationship, security-class, ownership-form, exclusion, percentage, continuity, and source detail. The CSV uses one row per person-company-security combination for easier analysis.

Citation and reuse

You may quote the findings and reuse the Grizzly Bulls dataset with attribution. Cite the specific SEC filing as well when a claim depends on one person-company row.

The separate Jensen Huang study is not inserted into this table because this edition uses one standardized security-position dataset. Keeping that boundary makes the cross-company rows comparable on source structure rather than merely collecting every ownership fact Grizzly Bulls has published.
