Base case is our central scenario. Bear and bull cases show how uncertainty around private holdings, retained proceeds, taxes and liabilities can move the estimate.
Rankings use the current base-case estimate and show the wider bear-to-bull range on the full list.

Albon broke into Formula 1 in 2019, raced for Red Bull, spent 2021 outside the starting lineup, and returned with Williams in 2022. RacingNews365's 2025 preseason salary survey estimated $8M in annual base pay at Williams, using paddock sources rather than a published driver contract. The estimate leaves out bonuses and personal sponsorship income, and it does not establish actual money received in 2025.
Formula 1's driver biography records two podium finishes from his Red Bull years. Those results help explain why racing teams continued to employ him after an interrupted career. Sporting performance can support negotiating power, but neither a podium nor the quoted annual salary provides an inventory of his current cash, investments or liabilities.
Williams confirmed in August 2026 that Albon would continue with the team for 2027. The public announcement establishes a future racing role rather than a guaranteed amount in his brokerage account. Payments that might be earned during the coming season are not treated as existing assets.
The $22M central estimate is a possible balance of capital personally retained over multiple racing contracts and off-track activity. The $9M bear and $46M bull cases deliberately leave room for taxation, spending, sponsorship economics, investment returns and unreported debt. Confirmed current ownership records would materially improve the estimate.

RacingNews365's preseason 2025 paddock-source survey estimated Alexander Albon's annual Williams base salary at approximately $8M. Bonuses, sponsors and realized receipts are not established.

RacingNews365's February 2025 survey placed Alexander Albon's estimated Williams base salary at $8M; it excluded performance bonuses, sponsors and taxes and was published before the season. Since his 2019 Formula 1 debut, multiple years of possible racing compensation exist, but no verified current personal assets, investments, liabilities or cash receipts are supplied. The $22M central case and $9M to $46M range are independent assumptions about personally retained capital, not a sum of gross contract values or future income.

First estimate assesses retained personal racing income using a preseason salary estimate, without booking future Williams compensation as current assets.
This is the first retained snapshot, so there is no earlier comparable Grizzly Bulls estimate to show yet.
