Base case is our central scenario. Bear and bull cases show how uncertainty around private holdings, retained proceeds, taxes and liabilities can move the estimate.
Rankings use the current base-case estimate and show the wider bear-to-bull range on the full list.
Switch scenarios to see how the total and each component move together. The bars show each positive component's share of the estimated assets in that scenario, not audited holdings.
MrBeast built a business around high-cost video production, consumer products and entertainment formats rather than relying only on sponsorship income. Forbes has reported creator earnings above $50 million in prior years, but much of the economics are reinvested into the operating machine.
The retained-capital component therefore stays well below a mechanical sum of reported income.
Reuters reported that the business was seeking up to $200 million at a $5 billion valuation after roughly $400 million of annual revenue.
That is strong evidence of business scale, but not a completed appraisal of Donaldson’s stake. The model keeps a wide range because the financing outcome, dilution and personal ownership percentage are not public.

A reported salary, company sale or brand valuation is not automatically current personal wealth. We show the pieces that can be tied to retained evidence and keep historical flows separate.
The estimate separates retained creator capital from private-company equity and treats the reported $5 billion figure as a financing target rather than a completed valuation of Donaldson’s personal stake.

Forbes has reported creator earnings above $50 million in prior years, while Reuters described a business generating roughly $400 million of annual revenue. The model discounts gross creator and company flows for production costs, payroll, taxes, reinvestment and spending.
Sources[2][1]Reuters reported that MrBeast’s entertainment business was seeking capital at a $5 billion valuation. Because the round was described as a target and Donaldson’s diluted ownership percentage is not public, the model uses a broad equity range rather than multiplying a headline valuation by an assumed stake.

Initial Grizzly Bulls estimate published with retained creator capital separated from Beast Industries private-company equity.
This is the first retained snapshot, so there is no earlier comparable Grizzly Bulls estimate to show yet.
Forbes referenced prior reported earnings above $54 million as evidence of the scale of Donaldson’s creator business.
Sources[2]Reuters Breakingviews reported a proposed raise of up to $200 million at a $5 billion target valuation.
