Base case is our central scenario. Bear and bull cases show how uncertainty around private holdings, retained proceeds, taxes and liabilities can move the estimate.
Rankings use the current base-case estimate and show the wider bear-to-bull range on the full list.
Switch scenarios to see how the total and each component move together. The bars show each positive component's share of the estimated assets in that scenario, not audited holdings.
Zhou became China's first full-time Formula 1 race driver in 2022 with Alfa Romeo and stayed with the team through its Kick Sauber identity in 2024. The sport gave him an international commercial platform as well as several years of professional driving pay, but neither the size of a sponsorship audience nor a national fan base proves individual wealth.
The National's February 2024 report estimated a $2M annual base salary for Zhou at Sauber. It was published before the season began and did not give a personal financial statement, verified bonuses, taxes or endorsement income. A reported annual rate is evidence about possible pay, not a statement of how much money remains in investment accounts.
His driving contract ended after 2024, and Zhou joined Ferrari in a reserve capacity for 2025. Cadillac's January 2026 statement then confirmed another reserve role for its debut season alongside race drivers Bottas and PΓ©rez. The role involves useful professional experience, but Cadillac did not disclose a wage, race-start guarantee or personal ownership interest.
The modeled $11M base case, with a $4M downside and $28M upside scenario, represents possible capital retained from three racing seasons and undisclosed commercial activity. Private sponsorship agreements, ownership documents and liabilities could materially alter those cases; no later reserve salary has been assumed equal to the old $2M estimate.

The National's February 2024 F1 salary survey estimated Zhou's annual Sauber base salary at $2M, citing motorsport pay-data sources. The estimate was prospective, excludes other commercial income, and does not establish actual compensation received.

Initial capital estimate reflects three Sauber race seasons and unverified commercial earnings without projecting old racing salary into Cadillac reserve duty.
This is the first retained snapshot, so there is no earlier comparable Grizzly Bulls estimate to show yet.
