Crude Oil Pipeline Transportation Volume measures crude oil moved through pipeline systems.

Enterprise Products Partners reported 2.578 million barrels per day in its 2025 operating disclosures.

Crude represented about 31.2% of aggregate liquids pipeline volume

Enterprise reported Liquids Pipeline Transportation Volume of 8.264 million barrels per day.

The crude lane therefore represented about 31.2% of that aggregate liquids total: 2.578 million divided by 8.264 million.

The downstream marine figure is a different operating stage

Crude Oil Marine Terminal Volume was 763 thousand barrels per day, about 29.6% of the crude pipeline figure as a simple scale comparison.

That ratio is not a utilization measure. Pipeline volumes and terminal-loading volumes can have different asset scopes, ownership interests, origins, destinations, and contract populations.

Volume alone does not determine pipeline economics

Throughput can support fee revenue, but realized economics also depend on tariffs, committed capacity, deficiency payments, ownership interests, operating costs, and system mix.

A crude pipeline can therefore carry more barrels without producing the same percentage change in margin.
