Equity NGL-Equivalent Production Volume measures NGL and condensate volumes, plus equivalent residue-gas volumes, that Enterprise earns and takes title to under commodity-based processing arrangements.

Enterprise Products Partners reported 223 thousand barrels per day in 2025.

This is the commodity-linked side of gas processing

The measure is economically different from Fee-Based Natural Gas Processing Volume, where the operating relationship is centered on processing fees rather than ownership of commodity output.

That distinction matters because equity production introduces direct sensitivity to NGL, condensate, residue-gas, and feedstock economics.

Equity production was about 13.1% of fractionation volume as a scale check

Enterprise reported NGL Fractionation Volume of 1.706 million barrels per day. The 223 thousand barrel-equivalent production figure is about 13.1% of that amount.

The comparison is useful only for scale. Equity NGL-equivalent production and fractionation throughput have different definitions and are not two sides of an accounting identity.

Barrel-equivalent production is not fee volume

The 223 thousand barrels per day figure represents commodity-linked production exposure. It should not be added to fee-based processing volume or treated as a standardized throughput measure across midstream companies.
