Pest control contract revenue mix measures the share of pest-control revenue generated from recurring customer contracts rather than one-time jobs or product sales.

Rentokil said about 67% of its North America Pest Control revenue in 2025 came from its contract portfolio, with the remaining 33% from one-time job work and product distribution.

Contract mix shows how much revenue starts from an installed base

A larger recurring portfolio can make revenue more predictable because the operator begins the period with scheduled service obligations already in place.

It is not the same thing as customer retention rate. A company can have a high contract mix but still lose too much opening portfolio value.

One-time work can still be strategically valuable

Ancillary jobs can deepen customer relationships, raise revenue per account, and create leads for recurring service. Product distribution can also carry different margins and working-capital needs.

Use termite and ancillary organic revenue growth and adjusted operating margin to keep mix and profitability in context.
