Pest control organic revenue growth measures revenue growth from the established business after removing recent acquisition effects under the issuer's stated methodology.

Rollins reported 5.7% organic revenue growth for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, while acquisitions added another 2.2% to reported growth. Rentokil reported 3.7% organic revenue growth in Pest Control for the first quarter of 2026.

Organic growth is the base-business demand signal

Organic growth helps separate pricing, customer retention, new business, service mix, and underlying volume from acquired scale.

The measure should be read alongside acquisition revenue contribution. Two companies can post similar headline growth with very different mixes of acquired and internally generated revenue.

Service lines can grow at different speeds

Residential, commercial, and termite work do not necessarily move together. Rollins' second-quarter organic growth was 3.6% in residential, 7.2% in commercial, and 8.9% in termite and ancillary services.

That makes the consolidated rate a weighted result, not a substitute for commercial organic revenue growth or residential organic revenue growth.
