Casino Revenue: Gaming Revenue at Integrated Resorts

Casino revenue is the revenue an integrated resort earns from gaming operations, including table games, slots, and other casino activity under the operator's accounting presentation.

Casino revenue is revenue generated by gaming operations at a casino or integrated resort.

For MGM Resorts, casino revenue is reported separately from rooms, food and beverage, and entertainment, retail and other revenue.

MGM example

MGM reported $9.451 billion of casino revenue in 2025, up from $8.786 billion in 2024.

At its Las Vegas Strip Resorts, casino revenue was $2.014 billion in 2025. MGM said the increase there was driven primarily by higher table games drop and win percentage and higher slot handle.

Why it matters

Casino revenue is the output of several different drivers:

  • gaming volume;
  • table-game hold;
  • slot hold;
  • customer and game mix;
  • geography; and
  • promotional and loyalty economics.

That means revenue can change even when visitation is stable.
