Workplace services route-servicing revenue mix measures the share of revenue earned from recurring service visits performed at customer locations.
Cintas said approximately 95% of revenue was derived from fees for route servicing customers in Uniform Rental and Facility Services, First Aid and Safety Services, and Fire Protection Services during the nine months ended February 28, 2026.
Route mix explains the recurring service backbone
Route revenue is recognized as service is performed at customer locations. That creates a different operating model from one-time product sales because labor, delivery density, service frequency, and customer retention all matter.
A high route mix can make revenue more recurring, but it does not make every contract non-cancellable or guarantee retention.
Route mix is broader than uniform rental
Cintas includes several service families in its route-servicing disclosure.
Use uniform and facility revenue mix and first-aid and safety revenue mix to separate the major components of that service network.
