Car wash subscription member count measures the active recurring membership base at a specific reporting date.

Mister Car Wash ended 2025 with 2.271 million Unlimited Wash Club members, up from 2.124 million a year earlier.

Ending members are a stock, not annual sign-ups

The year-end increase was approximately 147,000 members, or about 7%.

That change is net of all joins and cancellations during the year. It does not reveal gross sign-ups, gross cancellations, or a standalone churn rate.

This is why subscription member growth should be treated as a change in the ending member base rather than a customer-acquisition count.

One member can generate many washes

Unlimited Wash Club members pay a monthly fee for unlimited washes. The economics therefore differ from a retail wash transaction, where each visit produces a separate sale.

Member count measures recurring customer relationships, not wash volume or vehicle visits.

Scale matters most when paired with subscription mix

Mister Car Wash reported that UWC generated 76% of total wash sales in 2025.

The combination of 2.271 million members and high subscription sales penetration shows how central recurring membership has become to the wash-sales model.
