Foundry HPC revenue mix measures the share of foundry revenue generated by high-performance-computing applications under the issuer's platform classification.

TSMC reported that HPC represented about 58% of revenue in 2025.

HPC became the majority platform

The rounded 58% HPC share was exactly twice the 29% smartphone share on TSMC's 2025 platform mix. Together, HPC and smartphones represented 87% of revenue.

That concentration makes platform mix a major driver of the company's demand profile even before looking at individual customers.

Platform mix and process mix answer different questions

TSMC also reported that advanced technologies generated 74% of wafer revenue. The 58% HPC share and 74% advanced-node share should not be combined as if they use the same denominator.
