Foundry largest-customer revenue concentration measures the percentage of revenue generated by the foundry's single largest customer.

TSMC's largest customer represented 19% of net revenue in 2025, down from 22% in 2024 and 25% in 2023.

The largest customer became less dominant

The decline from 25% to 19% is a six-percentage-point reduction in the largest customer's share over two years.

By itself, that looks like diversification. The broader customer table shows why that conclusion would be incomplete.

Top-ten concentration moved the other way

While the largest customer fell from 25% in 2023 to 19% in 2025, top-ten concentration rose from 70% to 78%.

Revenue therefore became less dependent on the single largest customer while becoming more concentrated across the top-ten group. Top-Ten Customer Revenue Concentration captures that second dimension.

Pair first-customer risk with second-customer risk

TSMC's second-largest customer reached 17% of 2025 revenue. The top two together represented 36%, so a falling number-one share did not eliminate large-customer exposure.
