Foundry IoT revenue mix measures the share of foundry revenue generated by Internet-of-Things applications under the issuer's platform classification.

TSMC reported that IoT represented about 5% of 2025 revenue.

IoT matched automotive in share, not necessarily in economics

IoT and automotive each represented 5% of TSMC's 2025 platform mix. Equal shares do not imply equal demand cycles, process-node requirements, or product lives.

The comparison is useful precisely because the top-line percentages are the same while the underlying manufacturing work can differ.

A five-point platform is not a five-point node

IoT revenue can span mature, specialty, and advanced processes. Do not infer the company's Advanced-Technology Wafer Revenue Mix from the IoT percentage alone.

Compare smaller platforms as a portfolio

Automotive, IoT, DCE, and other applications together form the portion of the platform mix outside HPC and smartphones. That portfolio can matter for fab loading even when no single smaller category dominates reported revenue.
