Manufactured housing factory-built modules sold measures the number of factory-built floor sections sold during a period.

Cavco reported 9,507 factory-built modules sold in the quarter ended June 27, 2026, while reporting 5,657 factory-built homes sold.

Multi-section homes make modules a different volume measure

Cavco explains that a factory-built home can contain one or more modules that are installed at the customer's site.

Dividing modules by factory-built homes sold can therefore help show section mix, but the ratio is an analytical reconstruction rather than a separately reported operating KPI.

Module growth can differ from home growth

A shift toward larger multi-section products can raise module volume faster than home counts without implying the same increase in customer deliveries.

Keep module volume separate from net revenue per home sold, which is influenced by channel and service content as well as product configuration.
