Manufactured housing net revenue per home sold measures factory-built housing revenue relative to the number of homes sold.
Cavco reported $103,584 of net factory-built housing revenue per home sold in the quarter ended June 27, 2026, up 4.7% year over year.
Revenue per home is broader than a factory selling price
Cavco says the measure is volatile because wholesale and company-owned retail transactions carry different economics. Retail transactions can include installation, utility connections, site improvements, landscaping, and other services.
It therefore captures price, product, channel, and service mix rather than pure home-price inflation.
Channel mix can move the metric without a like-for-like price increase
A larger company-owned retail home sales mix can increase revenue per home because retail selling prices include more downstream content.
Read the metric with factory-built homes sold to separate physical volume from monetization.
