Manufactured housing financial services revenue mix measures the share of consolidated revenue generated by lending, insurance, and related financial services tied to manufactured housing.

Cavco reported $24.0M of Financial services net revenue and $610.0M of consolidated net revenue in the quarter ended June 27, 2026, putting the segment at about 3.9% of consolidated revenue.

Financial services add a different earnings engine

Cavco's financial-services operations include consumer finance and manufactured-home insurance. Their economics depend on loan sales, credit, insurance claims, investment marks, and funding rather than factory throughput alone.

That makes the segment different from factory-built housing gross margin.

Revenue mix does not measure financing penetration

Segment revenue is not the percentage of homebuyers using company financing, and it should not be read as a loan-origination share.

Use it with company-owned retail home sales mix to understand how the business extends beyond wholesale manufacturing.
